Le Manoir du Montizon
Located in the beautiful Charente countryside, Le Manoir de Montizon is a large country house dating from the 18th Century. On the ground floor of the main house is the living room, dining room and a large kitchen. On the second floor are four bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom). There is also a sauna. The top floor has a Yoga room as well as a converted attic.
Attached to the house is a barn which has been converted into an upstairs summer lounge/rehearsal space with an additional downstairs dining area. There is also a garage (previously a carriage house on two floors) suitable for further renovations!
The second house on the property, dating from the early 1800’s, features a music recording studio, a courtyard terrace with an ornamental fish-pond and two further bedrooms.
There is a pool as well as several secluded areas to discover in the 3 acres of the property.
